In An Inquiry on Food Waste: Investigating Micro and Macro-scale Models, we explore the impact food waste itself has on the sustainability of the planet in the context of a global society relating it on a more personal, self-reflective inquiry. The book looks into macroscale models of food waste and brings the reader to a participatory activity that helps table and understand their own food waste both in terms of impact on the planet and fiscal expenditures in producing their food and what they personally experience from wasting it. The final publication was coptic-stitch binded with off-white 89 gsm paper to emulate the organic textures and aesthetic of field manuals. Colors were achieved through risograph printing, mixing red and yellow inks.
